Broadmoor Terrace Apartments offer you unfurnished apartments with or without balcony, patio and fireplace. All rooms are wall-to-wall carpeted. All electric kitchens are with range, refrigerator and dishwasher. Dead bolt lock & peep hole provide for security. Dogs are not allowed, but cats and other small pets are welcome. For 6 month lease there is 15 days rent off, and for 1 year lease agreement we offer you one full month free.

1 Bedroom	They are 632 and 737 sq. ft. apartments with or without fireplace and balcony. $475-$500/mo, requires $150 deposit.
2 Bedrooms	Five types available ranging from 850 to 914 sq. ft. Click on the thumbnail on the left for details.
Penthouse	Large, 1568 sq, ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, private laundry room, fireplace and balcony with mountain views. $950/mo, requires $250 deposit.
